Basic Biodiesel Workshop

This two day workshop is hosted by Jim Westphal Owner of Heartland Biodiesel and biodiesel expert. Jim has logged Thousands of hours producing biodiesel commercially and at Home. Learn Heartland Biodiesel’s fast and effective methods for producing high quality biodiesel using techniques adapted from commercial production operations for smaller scale users. This is a fun and exciting two day class starts promptly at 8:00 am ending at 5:00 pm doors open at 7:45. Lunch will be provided both days. Please inform us of any special dietary requirements. Please bring a pen and notebook you will want to take some notes as you will be tested. No recording devices or Photographic equipment of any kind will be permitted. All students will receive workbook of all the basics taught in class. When you have completed this workshop you will have all the basic knowledge to start producing biodiesel. Advanced Biodiesel Workshop

This workshop is an intense hands-on advanced workshop taught by Jim Westphal, Biodiesel expert and Manoj Patil, M.S. Chemical and Natural Gas Engineering. Prerequisite for this class requires you to have attended our Biodiesel Basic workshop or equivalent class and have made biodiesel. This class is not for beginners. Due to the limited class size, payment is required upon registration and no refunds will be issued. Beverages, donuts, and lunch will be provided both days. Get ready for a fun and intense learning experience!
